Multilayer soft board

   FPC multilayer soft board is a kind of circuit board that laminated multilayer single-sided or double-sided flexible circuits together,forming metallized holes through drilling and electroplating, and forming conductive paths between different layers.This structure does not require complex welding process, and has high reliability, good thermal conductivity and convenient assembly performance.The substrate film of the multilayer soft plate is light in weight and has excellent electrical properties, such as low dielectric constant.The weight of multilayer soft PCB board made of polyimide film is about1/3lighter than that of rigid epoxy glass cloth multilayer PCB board, but it sacrifices the excellent flexibility of single-sided and double-sided soft PCB.
