Soft hard integrated board

   The soft and hard combination board is a circuit board with FPC characteristics and PCB characteristics,which is composed of flexible circuit board and hard circuit board by pressing and other processes according to the relevant process requirements.

   Industrial use-Industrial use includes soft and hard bonding plates for industrial,military and medical purposes. Most industrial parts require precision,safety and non-vulnerability. Therefore,the characteristics required by soft and hard boards are:high reliability,high precision,low impedance loss,complete signal transmission quality and durability.However,due to the high complexity of the process,the yield is small,and the unit price is quite high. 

   Mobile phone-In the application of mobile phone software and hardware board,the common ones are folding mobile phone turning point,camera module, keyboard,RF module and so on. 

   Consumer electronics products-In consumer products,DSC and DV are the representatives of the development of soft board and hard board,which can be divided into two main axes: performance and structure.In terms of performance,soft and hard boards can connect different PCB hard boards and components in three dimensions.Therefore,under the same line density,the total use area of PCB can be increased,the circuit bearing capacity can be relatively improved, and the signal transmission limit and assembly error rate of contacts can be reduced.On the other hand,because the soft and hard board is light and thin,it can be bent and wired,so it is very helpful to reduce the volume and weight.

    Automobile-In the use of automotive soft and hard boards,it is usually used to connect the keys on the steering wheel to the motherboard,the connection between the vehicle video system screen and the control panel,the operation connection of audio or functional keys on the side door,the reversing radar image system sensor(including air quality,temperature and humidity,special gas regulation, etc.),vehicle communication system,satellite navigation,rear seat control panel and front-end controller connection board,vehicle external detection system,etc.
