1.Complete PCB board making file ( Gerber file, positioning diagram, steel mesh file ) and board making requirements ; board requirements include : number of layers, copper thickness, character color, surface treatment, impedance requirements, quantity, etc.
2.Complete BOM ( including model, brand, package, description, etc. ) ;
3.PCBA assembly drawing.
